Ringmaster is a book full of adventures. The book is about a 14 years old British girl called Darcie who lives in Kenya. She thinks that she is just living a normal life. One day, her dad goes missing and the secret of her parents both being secret agents is revealed. Darcie goes on a complicated mission to find her dad. I really enjoyed this book because of the details. The story is easy to understand; it is also really easy to read because of the spacing between each line. I would recommend this book to people who like to read about real life, not fantasy.

Ringmaster is a really good book about a girl called Darcie Lock. When her father gets kidnapped, she goes on a journey to rescue him. Along the way, she meets lots of interesting people and finds out secrets that her parents have been keeping from her – the biggest one being her parents were secret agents! What I like about the book is that it is so full of suspense that it prevented me from putting it down. I would recommend this book to people ages 11 and up and people who like to read about secret agents or spies.

I think this book is fantastic! It’s about a tomboy whose name is Darcie Lock and her parents are secret agents but she doesn’t know that until one day her dad gets kidnapped. When she finds out everything about her parents she sets out on a mission to save them. I think the author did an extremely good job and I can’t wait to read the second book. The book is written in easy English and you can learn some Swahili—at the end of this book it has a glossary. This book is perfect for people 11 and older or anybody who likes to read a good spy book.
